Privacy Policy
OratoLabs (“OratoLabs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an AI voice agent, conversation analytics, and social publishing platform for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website, dashboard, public agent pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Tekvo. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who this policy applies to
- Business customers — administrators and team members who create accounts and configure voice agents, social channels, and integrations.
- End users — visitors who interact with published voice agents, booking flows, or messaging channels hosted by our customers.
- Website visitors — people who browse oratolabs.ai or related marketing pages.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
When you register or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, authentication identifiers (including from Google sign-in), organization name, and account preferences stored in your workspace profile.
Voice and conversation data
When end users speak with an AI agent, we may process audio, transcripts, session metadata (timestamps, duration, language), and derived analytics such as lead fields or conversation summaries configured by the business customer.
Social and messaging integrations
If a business customer connects third-party channels, we process data required to operate those integrations, including:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) account identifiers, access tokens, page or phone number IDs, and content submitted for publishing or messaging.
- Message content, delivery status, and campaign audience data for WhatsApp Business features.
- Images, captions, and scheduling metadata for social posts created in the dashboard.
We access Meta and other platform data only as authorized by the connecting user and as needed to provide the Service.
Usage and technical data
We automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, log data, feature usage, and error diagnostics to secure and improve the Service.
Information you provide directly
Demo requests, support messages, agent configuration (prompts, knowledge context, booking settings), uploaded assets, and brand kit details you enter in the dashboard.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Authenticate users and enforce workspace access controls.
- Run AI voice conversations, generate responses, and produce analytics for business customers.
- Publish content and send messages on connected social and WhatsApp channels at the customer’s direction.
- Process bookings and integrations configured by customers (for example, scheduling providers).
- Monitor security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve product quality, reliability, and support.
We do not sell personal information.
4. AI and automated processing
The Service uses third-party AI and speech providers to transcribe audio, generate conversational responses, create marketing copy or images, and extract structured lead data. Content you or your end users submit may be transmitted to those providers solely to deliver the features you enable. Business customers are responsible for informing their end users where required by law.
5. Third-party service providers
We use trusted subprocessors to run the Service, including providers for:
- Cloud hosting, authentication, and database (Google Firebase / Google Cloud).
- Large language models and image generation (for example, Anthropic, OpenAI).
- Voice synthesis and real-time conversation (for example, ElevenLabs).
- Social and messaging APIs (Meta platforms).
- Scheduling (for example, Cal.com) when enabled by a customer.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies and only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Business customers may delete agents, posts, or disconnect integrations from the dashboard. Backup and log retention periods may vary by system.
7. Data sharing
We may share information:
- With subprocessors listed above, under contractual safeguards.
- With Meta and other platforms when a customer connects an integration and initiates an action.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required.
8. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United States, Canada, and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated API access, workspace isolation, and secret management for integration credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Business customers can manage much of their workspace data directly in the dashboard.
To exercise privacy rights, contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity before responding.
11. Data deletion requests

We will delete or de-identify stored tokens and associated integration data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
