Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of OratoLabs (the “Service”), including the website, dashboard, public agent pages, and related features. The Service is operated by Tekvo (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
OratoLabs is a multi-tenant platform for configuring AI voice agents, capturing conversations and leads, and publishing listing marketing. Business customers configure agents in a dashboard. End users may speak or chat with published agents on public pages or connected channels.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Workspace access is granted to approved tenants. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the listings, prompts, and content you publish.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, to impersonate a person or brokerage you are not authorized to represent, to scrape or attack the Service, or to upload content you do not have rights to. REALTOR®, MLS®, and similar marks belong to their owners; you remain responsible for advertising-law and professional-rule compliance in your jurisdiction, including CASL, CRTC, and provincial real-estate advertising rules where they apply.
4. Voice and customer data
When end users interact with an agent you publish, we process audio, transcripts, and derived fields as described in the Privacy Policy. You are the controller for end-user data collected through your agents. Do not collect health or other sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and the product configuration supports it. A dedicated healthcare clinic template is not shipped as of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Service, software, and OratoLabs / Oratolabs marks. You retain rights in your listings, brand assets, and workspace content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service may connect to voice, language, scheduling, hosting, and social platforms (for example Meta channels and Cal.com). Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” Voice agents can be inaccurate. Do not treat agent output as legal, mortgage, tax, or medical advice. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that generated marketing will meet every advertising regulator’s requirements without your review.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tekvo and OratoLabs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost leads, listings, or profits arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $100 if you have paid no fees.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for risk to the platform. Data deletion requests are handled as described on Data deletion.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
